This is the finished copy of our film poster. We made many changes to the picture from before with photoshop, we decided we would out the title on the poster first as we saw this as very important, we first chose the font then decided to add effects to so we could make it seem as if the title itself was glowing this was because wanted to create and emphasise further the cold and mysterious look from before. We had to also change the size of the title until we were happy with the size we have on our final work. We also had to consider the placement of the title, we decided it was best in the centre and low in the picture so the figure in the picture could still be seen. We then decided to add further items to make it look more professional, the next being the tagline which we decided was best to put under the title in a smaller size font. Next we added our names as we were actors in the film which is very common of film posters to advertise the actors in the film on the poster to help sell the film, we thought this help to make the poster look more professional. We next added a release date to the bottom as viewers to a film poster would need to know when the film is out so they are able to see it. The last item we added was the text containg production company names and names of those involved we did this to keep up the professional look we desired from out poster as many film posters will contain this. The poster fits the genre of our film very as there is not much lighting and the figure in the poster cannot be seen clearly because of this and the text on the posters used gives it even more of a ghostly and mysterious look.
